Terms of Service
Welcome to ISCSECURITY. These Terms govern your access to and use of the ISCSECURITY website, training materials, and associated services ("Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Account
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Sharing account credentials is prohibited and may result in termination.
2. Authorization-First Model
All testing and research activities must be lawful, authorized in writing, and within the agreed scope. You must not perform testing against assets you do not own or lack explicit written permission to assess.
3. License & Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Services for personal, educational, or internal business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly host our materials without prior written consent.
4. Acceptable Use
- No illegal activity, harassment, or violations of privacy, security, or IP rights.
- No reverse engineering or circumvention of technical protections, except where permitted by law and explicit authorization.
- No uploading of malicious code or attempts to disrupt the Services.
5. Subscription & Payments
Access to the full training library requires a paid subscription. Current pricing is displayed on our website at the time of signup.
- Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and automatically renew unless cancelled.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
- Price changes: We may adjust pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes apply to the next billing cycle. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
- Payment processing: Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full credit card details on our servers.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and materials are owned by ISCSECURITY or its licensors. You retain rights to your own original content submitted to the Services, but grant ISCSECURITY a limited license to host and display it as needed to provide the Services.
7. Confidentiality
Where confidential information is shared (e.g., in authorized testing engagements), each party will protect it and use it only as permitted by agreement and law.
8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." ISCSECURITY disclaims all warranties to the extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Training materials are for educational purposes only. ISCSECURITY is not responsible for how you apply the knowledge or techniques taught.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ISCSECURITY will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or use.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify ISCSECURITY from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your license ends and you must cease using the Services.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
